That number really belongs to Natwest’s premier banking, you can find it listed on their official site for premier clients. I actually dialed the number printed on my card to double check if this was legit, and it is. However, Natwest won’t ring you from that number - it's a line you’re supposed to call in, not one they use to reach out. So if you get a call from it, just be careful and stay alert.

Natwest said it's a scam. They first wanted just the last three letters of my postcode, then they told me my address to make it sound legit. After that, they asked for my birthday so I cut them off and said I'd ring the bank myself.

It sounded so real, like some Natwest scam. But honestly, Natwest never give you a ring out of the blue! Usually they just block your account and wait for you to sort it out yourself. No way would they ask for bits of your pin or password, or get you to read out numbers from a text. And asking you to use your card reader for some "validation"? That’s a total red flag. People need to be aware and not fall for these tricks. Stay sharp and don’t get caught out!

Sounded a lot like Natwest Fraud to me, but from what I know Natwest itself never calls you directly! They just freeze your account and expect you to contact them first. They don’t ask for bits of your pin or password, or make you read out codes from texts, nor do they have you confirm stuff using one of those card readers. People need to be aware and not fall for these tricks. Stay safe out there!

This number rang me three times within a couple of hours. I didn’t pick up the first time. When I took the second call, a man asked to speak to Mrs Rogers, but I told him he’d got the wrong number. He said sorry and ended the call. The third time, he wanted Mrs James, and I explained he’d already just called me. He apologised again and hung up. After seeing the feedback here, I’ll be ignoring any more calls from this number.
