However, having just received my Annual Gas Summary a couple of days ago, I decided to dial the number on that document instead. The representative confirmed that everything on my account was perfectly fine. I then relayed the number I was given to the appropriate team, where I was advised against clicking on any links from the email. Consequently, I deleted the suspicious email as spam.
