Definitely legit, it's from v12 finance who provided the credit for our couch. I did miss a payment yesterday which no scammer would have known about. I arranged a promise to pay today since the problem was with my bank, not the funds, and I received an email confirmation right after.

I’ve got no mates or family in Omagh, Northern Ireland, so I reckon this call was dodgy. When I picked up, I couldn’t hear anything at first but then a bloke said “Hello?” So I went with “Petunias?” and he just hung up on me. I usually don’t answer the phone with the usual “Hello” or “Yes” to throw people off, and using a weird word like “Petunias” sometimes does the trick.

Yup, it’s definitely V12. After some Covid struggles, I moved everything into one consolidated account. These lot won’t stop hassling me though, even though they’re supposed to sort things out with the debt consolidation firm. Are they legit? Yeah, probably. Are they being fair? Not a chance. I’ve reported them to DAS, if they keep ringing I’m sure they’ll be the ones facing legal trouble.

Got a letter today claiming I missed a cheque or direct debit payment of £34.43 and now they want to charge me £10 for not paying. I've been getting calls from V12 retail finance every single day, and they always leave a voicemail. It's some sort of robot thing that messes up my name, using my last name as if it’s my first and then my partner's last name as mine. They keep saying it’s urgent and to call them back about my account. Thing is, I never opened any account with them or any finance company for that matter. Pretty obvious it’s a scam but it’s been happening nonstop for more than a month now, and it’s starting to get really annoying.
