Stay vigilant, as these crooks are highly deceptive! They posed as representatives from HMRC with a robotic tone, claiming that I was being monitored by the police and that an arrest warrant was being drafted against me for tax evasion. They urged me to press button one for more information.

Got a weird call from a robotic sounding person telling me I was being watched by the police. Turned out to be some scammer with an Asian accent but speaking like a Brit. They claimed I owed HMRC money and if I didn’t pay over the phone I’d be thrown in jail. I told them I’d get the cops involved and bring some mates if they kept harassing me. After that, they never rang me again and even called me names. Kinda glad they got scared in the end, haha!
