Received a call from 03330164779 but didn’t pick up as I didn’t know the number. Later I rang back and found out it was a firm called "Providor" or maybe "Provider", trying to arrange a smart meter installation. I’ve had similar calls before from another company saying they were working for Scottish Power about smart meters. When I checked with Scottish Power directly, they said they only arrange installs via their own booking system. This is not just dodgy, it’s downright annoying and feels like harassment.
