I got a call from CarFinance 247 after I checked my vehicle finance options on Credit Karma. They keep pestering you non stop if you use that site which is honestly a massive violation of GDPR and the Data Protection Act since you never agreed to get calls like that (the only options they let you pick are email, SMS, or Whatsapp). Proper dodgy practice if you ask me. I've blocked their number and also reported it to Credit Karma. Totally not on!

Similar to others, I used Credit Karma to check out some car finance options. I made it clear right from the start that I didn’t want any calls or emails back. Despite this, I ended up getting multiple calls from this number. Since I’d already blocked it, I just got notifications of missed calls. I reached out to Car Finance 247 at [email protected] saying I’d be reporting them to the ICO if they didn’t take my info off their list. Not surprisingly, the calls have stopped now :)
