Avoid calling this number, it's just scammers trying to get your personal details or cash! I got an email that looked like it was from M&S Bank, but it was fake and had this number in it. Made me worry that my M&S info got compromised in that recent cyber hack. If you get a similar email, best thing to do is call the number on the back of your M&S Credit card instead.

I'm absolutely fed up with these calls from what seems to be a Chinese speaker. Honestly, what’s the point of it all? They keep switching up their phone numbers, yet it’s the same annoying voice each time! It’s driving me up the wall! Ugh!

I got a call from Marks & Spencer today, but I wasn’t expecting it. Wondering what they wanted, sounded like a promo or something. Bit random, really.

Some dodgy people were pretending to be from M&S Bank. After chatting with them for a bit, I started to get a funny feeling. The line kept cutting out, but they rang back each time. I got my husband to ring the actual M&S customer service, and they said they’d had no contact or calls like that. When the scammers called again while my husband was still on the line, I asked if they wanted to talk to M&S - weirdly, they didn’t seem bothered. Thankfully, everything’s sorted now.

I got an email that seemed to be from M&S, claiming I could snag a 20% discount if I purchased three items. However, when I reached the checkout, the discount didn't apply at all. So, I decided to ring their customer service number listed in the email. They asked me to send them a screenshot of the email, which I promptly did. Shortly after, I received a response - supposedly from M&S - instructing me to place my order first and then send them my order number so they could apply the discount retrospectively. This raised my suspicions, as it felt like they were trying to gain access to my account. To top it off, the email included a number-0333 014 8000-suggesting I call for immediate assistance. It was at that point I realised the use of the word “telephonic” was a dead giveaway of a scam! Consider yourselves warned!

if you get a call from this number be careful, it might be a scam. I had someone pretending to be from m&s fraud calling from a private number. I called back just in case, using this number, cos it seemed suspicious. they said someone spent £700 at argos, which made me worried. no security questions asked at all. they wanted my credit card limit, full card number and security code. they said they could partly block my card for use in shops and card machines. also mentioned I might get texts with instructions on what to do next. i rang m&s myself and cancelled my card right away.

A guy rang me saying he was from M&S, saying there were two suspicious purchases on my account. He already knew my full name and address. Then he asked for the full card number, which I wasn’t about to share. I phoned M&S directly and they told me there were no such transactions at all.
