[email protected]. Helen Farrell attempted to get hold of personal data illegally, which is a clear violation of the UK GDPR 2018 and DUA 2025 regulations. It felt like a phishing scheme for info that wouldn't even be relevant for the app.

I spoke with Helen Farrell claiming to be a customer service manager at Totaljobs, but she’s not the DPO the ICO lists for them. She gave me incorrect info about deleting my data. The app is where you manage that, but she said things that didn’t add up. She had my full name including my middle name, which isn’t shown on the app. Also, she called me on a landline - I don’t get why she’d do that when everything is supposed to be handled through the app. Plus, she already had my email, so not sure why she asked for it again.

Had a call with some guy named Dan, who was just laughing away while giving me completely wrong info. This was supposed to be done under UK GDPR Legislation 2018 and the DUA 2025, but honestly, they didn’t seem to care at all.
