Looks like a scam to me, just ignore it and block straight away. Don’t bother replying, better to just delete it.

Just got a call from Santander asking if I authorised a payment of £3480 to B & Q Stores. Bit surprised as I didn’t make any purchases like that!

Received a message on my phone that claims to be from Santander, urging me to ring a certain number regarding a payment of £3480 to B&Q. The odd thing is, I don’t even hold an account with Santander!

Got a text saying Support needed to confirm a £3480 B&Q purchase on my Santander credit card. I called Santander myself and they said it wasn’t them. It’s definitely a scam trying to steal your card info. Don’t bother calling the number they send!
