What an absolutely dreadful experience! I received a call that turned out to be a pushy sales tactic, insisting I should upgrade my mobile. I kindly informed the chap on the other end that I wasn’t keen, to which he rudely retorted that I should "hang up and sod off to hell!" I was quite taken aback and said, “Pardon?” as I struggled to wrap my head around his shocking language. He then brazenly repeated his suggestion to "put the phone down and go to that infernal place!" It was utterly unbelievable!
