These lot are absolute muppets, they make those Indian Windows support con artists look like proper pros in comparison! At least those guys don’t keep lists of folks who are elderly, disabled, or struggling with dementia like easy marks. They all get a fair shot at getting scammed, and those scammers at least try to use some sort of basic skill to grab info. These jokers don’t even follow any kind of ‘criminal rules’ - they scam people who can't even recall the call once it’s over!

I heard from someone pretty reliable that because of some "high demand" this dodgy group plans to start up again in a few months! Fingers crossed they’ll at least come up with a believable scam instead of trying to flog washing machine cover through a council tax advice service lol.

Had a couple of calls before from Allclaim Solutions and Tax Recovery Bureau about Council Tax refunds and then, out of nowhere, got calls from the same number pushing washing machine insurance. Honestly, it’s laughable how these lot even think they’re believable. How can they have sites saying they’re experts in Council Tax compensation (which was obviously a con) and then switch to selling washing machine warranties? What a load of nonsense, proper muppets if you ask me!

It's mad how sneaky these people are. Stuart Gibson, who works with Ashley Davis, has a LinkedIn profile with no picture and no details about his job or any companies he's worked for!! Before, it showed all the firms he was connected to (like Tax Recovery Bureau and Allclaim Solutions), but now he's taken them all down after loads of comments calling them scams. What a total coward!!!

Honestly, that’s probably the funniest thing I’ve come across in ages - ‘legitimate business man’?! If that truly was the case, then how come there are hundreds, maybe even thousands, of complaints online from the public about the firms you run? Are all those folks just inventing stuff or being dishonest? Do you honestly believe loads of people would bother leaving negative feedback just for no reason? The truth is, those bad reviews are there because that’s exactly what people went through.

This bloke obviously loves showing off and has a massive ego. Founder and CEO at Red Door Consulting??? Honestly, it's a bit cringey. The CEO title is usually for big public companies on the stock exchange, which I doubt Mr Davis will ever reach. Weird thing is, Ashley Davis' Linkedin has way less info now than before. All the old companies he's linked to are gone, except for one called Red Door Consulting. Seems like he’s trying to distance himself from those dodgy firms where he was a Director. He’s set up more companies at Companies House than the holes in a Tetley tea bag, and each one gets dissolved in a few years. Makes me think he’s either a struggling businessman or not exactly on the up and up.

Allcllaim Solutions on 03330062254 is a complete scam!! Back in February, a Cockney lady called Annie May phoned me and tricked me into handing over £199 for insurance on my washing machine, which was meant to last 3 years. I called them today about an issue and all I got was an automated American woman saying the line’s not accepting calls. I’m seriously considering reporting them to the fraud squad. We’re pensioners, aged 76 and 79, so this is really awful. They even sent me a certificate with all the start date, length and cost details!!

Some people keep dropping pointless comments to try and hide their dodgy and scammy actions. Looks to me like their way of admitting to the scams, cause all they can do is try and bury the real advice. These crooks lodged a request with Companies House near the end of April to get their company removed from the register. It says a lot, especially since they rip off elderly and vulnerable people and then dodge giving refunds when folks cancel within their cooling off time. I reckon their move to get struck off and stop trading is just so they can wriggle out of paying back what they owe to annoyed customers and dodge the debts they’ve piled up in their short time in business. Really disgraceful behaviour and pretty gutless considering how many people they've taken advantage of.

If you've tried to get a refund and had no luck, I’d recommend filing an 'objection' against their striking off request at Companies House. This move makes the company stay active, giving those after refunds a chance to pursue the matter further, even legally if needed. Anyone who’s fallen victim and wants their money back should definitely reach out to Companies House and put in an 'objection' to the striking off. The company in question, Allclaims Solutions, is registered under number 9475946.

All Claim Solutions tricked my mum, who struggles with dementia, into paying £199.99 for washing machine insurance in Feb 2018. They promised a refund but nothing has come through. Getting hold of them is a nightmare; when I managed to speak to someone twice before, they either acted like they couldn’t hear me or just ended the call. It’s definitely a scam. I’ve reported them to Action Fraud already. I just don’t get how they’re allowed to keep a business number and call people, openly ripping them off with no consequences. It’s shocking.

It is highly recommended to report any phone calls received from this particular number to both Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number is associated with a company known as Allclaim Solutions, who may refer to themselves as ACS. Their primary targets are the elderly and vulnerable population, with the sole intention of acquiring their bank information for various deceitful purposes, such as insurance claims for household appliances or Council Tax refunds. Be aware that their activities are entirely fraudulent. False claims may be made by the callers to deceive individuals into thinking that their washing machine insurance has expired and requires renewal. It is crucial to understand that their approach is based on dishonesty, as they resort to deception in order to obtain your personal banking details. Please exercise caution and do not fall victim to their fraudulent practices.

I had a similar experience as well. I was contacted by someone who insisted on offering me insurance for my washing machine or some kind of service contract. I explained that I didn't have any insurance and didn't require it. The individual became quite irritable when I refused to provide my bank details, and eventually ended the call abruptly. It's clear that their sole intention is to deceive people and extort money from them. This type of behavior is truly appalling, and those individuals should feel ashamed of themselves. It is an outright scam!

If you get a call from this number, I’d recommend reporting it straight away to Action Fraud and Ofcom. The calls come from a company known as Allclaim Solutions, or sometimes just ACS. They mainly go after older or vulnerable people, trying to trick them into giving out bank details, claiming it’s for things like washing machine insurance or council tax rebates. It’s a total con. They’ll tell you your washing machine insurance has run out and needs to be renewed, but it’s all lies just to steal your info. Their behaviour is completely deceitful and definitely a scam.

Allclaim Solutions, also known as ACS, is the source of this call. If you receive any calls from this company, possibly regarding washing machine insurance or potential Council Tax banding refunds (for which they might ask for a fee), it is recommended to notify Action Fraud and Ofcom. ALLCLAIM SOLUTIONS LIMITED kept ringing me every day and it got so annoying I decided to look into it myself. I ended up contacting the landlords for their last two office spots. Both at Norwood House and Vantage Point in Brighton & Hove said the company just disappeared and left behind quite a bit of unpaid rent. Apparently now they list their accountants’ place at 16 Blatchington Road, Hove, BN3 3YN as their Registered Office, but they don’t actually work there. Funny enough, their accountants had no clue they were using that address as their official one.

Got a call today telling me my washing machine warranty had expired. When I asked when exactly it ended, she just said 'today, that’s why I’m contacting you.' Complete nonsense. Really winds me up!

Ashley Davis, who was the director, stepped down last year. Now the director is Sean Timoney (cheers for the Facebook pics, it'll help catch you Rogue Traders). Honestly, they're a dodgy bunch, completely untrustworthy and lacking any moral fibre. I've filed complaints about them to Action Fraud, Ofcom, and the ICO. Watch out Allclaim Solutions, we’ve got a good idea where you’re hiding!!!

Some bloke called my grandma, said his name was Nathan Cook and spoke to her really rude, asking for her card details, claiming he was from Master Care, which he definitely wasnt. Please dont share your info with him!

I received a call from a woman who mentioned something about my washing machine. I decided to confuse her by insisting that she had contacted the wrong person, as my machine was quite old and I couldn't fathom why she would need to speak with me. She became flustered and abruptly ended the call.

They’ve rung me twice today already. Looks like another proper scam to me.

They called me loads of times, told me my washing machine wasn’t covered by any warranty, then said it actually never had one. Then they just cut the call straight away.

Got a call from a lady with a strong Cockney accent, she knew my name and said my washer’s warranty had expired and she wanted to renew it. I told her no quite firmly but she kept going on, so I just ended up blocking the number. My washer’s been outta warranty for like 2 years anyway, so definitely a scammer.

Got a call from them saying they could sort a council tax refund if I paid £150 just once. I had my doubts and decided to pull out the next day. They promised I’d get the money back in 28 days. Now it’s been six weeks and still no sign of it. I’ve reached out to my bank to try and get my money back.

AllClaims Solutions, Norwood House, 9 Dyke Road, Brighton, BN1 3FE got in touch with my elderly mother-in-law. They managed to confuse her into handing over her bank details for an upfront payment. She’s really shaken now, scared her account will be emptied, and she simply can’t afford that as she’s already struggling to get by. Seriously, these people need to realise this isn’t some harmless thing!

My mother-in-law, who is elderly and confused, was contacted by unscrupulous individuals who deceived her into revealing her bank account details. As a result, she is now extremely distressed and frightened that her account will be depleted. It is devastating because she can barely afford to get by as it is. The perpetrators must realize that this is not a crime without consequences or victims!

Someone from All Claims Solutions rang my elderly mum claiming she was in the wrong council tax band and could get a £6,000 refund if she paid £100 upfront. The woman knew mum’s name and, like another comment mentioned, asked how long she’d lived there, plus the postcode and street. Luckily, mum didn’t share any info and said she’d check with the council, adding she thought it sounded like a scam. Mum phoned me to tell me about it and I said she’d done well not to give anything away. If these folks are legit, why do they only target older people? It’s awful.

An older couple got a call from a lady saying their council tax band was incorrect. She told them they could claim back £6,000 they’d overpaid, but just like someone mentioned before, they had to cough up £110 before anything happened.

As soon as I mentioned that I wouldn't provide my payment information over the phone, they promptly terminated the call.

Today, my mother received a call from this number. The person said the exact same thing, but I find it quite peculiar. Can we confirm if this company is legitimate and trustworthy? Kindly inform us about it.

A lady called, informing us that we have been paying an incorrect amount of council tax because our property is in a higher band than it should be. She said that if I send £120, she will send me a package containing information. I would need to review, sign, and return it. She also mentioned that she would be willing to assist me. Depending on my situation, there is a possibility of receiving a repayment of up to £6000. Naturally, this raised suspicions for me.

An older couple I know got a call from someone claiming to be from a firm named All Solutions. This lady told them their Council Tax band was wrong and they could get about £4000 back. However, she said they needed to pay £90 first. She asked quite a few questions like how long they’d been at the address, their postcode, and street name, and she seemed to know the right name. My dad, who’s in his 80s, then phoned me to see if it sounded legit.

I came across a service related to the Council Tax Rebate in Brighton. I assure you, it’s not a scam, though it does come with a fee involved.
