I stumbled across their website while browsing, even though I’m not into online games or anything like that. I immediately deleted the page. Not long after, I got an SMS titled ‘receipt’ saying I’d signed up for something, which I definitely hadn’t done or agreed to. Following advice from paybyphone, I texted STOP straight away and then got in touch with O2. It took ages - about three hours on live chat - but eventually we got them to block the company. What really shocked me was how little O2 seemed bothered, insisting I must have signed up somehow. Just watch out for this kind of thing.
