Got a call from some kind of robot. It asked me all weird stuff like "how are you today?" so I just hung up straight away.

It was clear from the start it was an automated call, analysing my replies before responding. The pauses were awkwardly long, like it was processing what I just said. The voice sounded really fake and overly clear, almost like some sort of computer-generated AI. The English they used was weird too, even though it had an accent that should have sounded natural. For example, this “Sarah here from blah blah about your housing” line didn’t even make sense - I’d already said “Hello” and “I’m fine, thanks” but then it just paused awkwardly and repeated that phrase. Nothing about the flow felt like a real conversation at all, which pretty much screamed scam to me. That last bit was the giveaway. I just hung up and blocked the number, didn’t want to waste time listening to any more nonsense from them.

I got a call from someone who started with "Hello, how are you?" I replied with "I'm fine, thanks," and then she introduced herself as Sarah, mentioning something about a housing issue. I told her I didn't have any housing problems, and she quickly said thanks for my time and wished me a nice day. I ended the call right there and then blocked the number straight away.

This number’s totally bogus, probably some kind of AI scam or something. Don’t trust it!

Pretty sure it was just one of those scam bots. The voice sounded super robotic, which was a dead giveaway. Plus, I don’t have any issues with housing, so no way that was legit. They’re probably trying loads of different tricks to drag folks into their scams. I left it going in the background while I was at work, hoping it might catch someone else to reel in.

Got a call where they were asking about my housing problems. I told them I’m 16 and neither renting nor owning anywhere, so it felt like some sort of robot or AI. Pretty weird tbh.

Got a call from someone saying they were from the housing maintenance team about an issue with my place, which is nonsense because there’s no problem at all. The woman on the line was named Sarah or something. I just told her straight to buzz off, and honestly, you should as well - it’s obvious this isn’t legit.

Today I got a call from 0331 630 1687. Normally i don’t pick up numbers I don’t know, but since I’m waiting for a call from the hospital, I answered and said hello. The person on the other end just hung up straight away. So I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number and had a look on here. Since the number shows as undetermined, I’m gonna assume it could be a scam call!
