This Sarah woman was really nasty to me on the phone, I honestly felt quite scared because of the way she spoke, and she had some fake noise playing behind her like it was a recording. I already dropped a comment before but I decided to call them again to check if it would actually pick up, usually you can't call these numbers back. When I rang, some bloke answered and asked if I was having issues with housing repairs. I told him yes, loads of repair jobs needed doing and then he said to wait a sec, he’d put me through to his mate Gabriel. But honestly, this guy came across really pushy and if you don't go along with their scammy spiel, they get quite hostile.
