2 yearsGot a call from someone claiming to be legal help for diesel vehicles. They wanted to know if I still owned my car or any old ones, and asked for the reg number. I asked what info they actually had, but naturally, they had nothing. When I asked where they got my details from (all they knew was my name), the bloke said it was the DVLA. I told him that meant they’d also have all the info about the cars I own. Then, cheekily, he just ended the call!DVLA2 yearsThis bloke actually knew my name right away, which was a bit odd. He then started talking about diesel emissions or something like that. I told him I’m on the TPS list so I shouldn’t be getting these random calls. He insisted it wasn’t a scam and then just cut me off. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.2 yearsWARNING: TOTALLY A SCAM!!! BE CAREFUL!2 yearsReally annoyed with the bloke who rang me from this number, claimed he was from Legal Aid. I told him I didn’t require any help and politely asked if he could take me off his call list. He replied, “Oh no, I’ll have to ring you again tomorrow and next week!” I told him that was daft, and he snapped back, “Isn’t that exactly what you wanted?” Then he just ended the call...Legal Assistance2 yearsThe caller claimed to be from legal aid.2 yearsSeems like it was a scam call from someone in Asia.Asia2 yearsTotal scam, watch out!2 yearsTotal scam from someone in India, watch out!2 yearsSomebody rang me claiming to be legal help from Scotland, yeah right.. asked if I still had my diesel car.. they just dropped the call when I started questioning them.Scotland2 yearsIt's an Indian call centre, filled with a cacophony of voices and a plethora of dodgy characters. I've decided to block the number entirely.2 yearsAbsolutely annoying! I already blocked a scammer with a number ending in 1518, and now I’m getting calls from one ending 1519. Just blocked it and reported again. What a pain!2 yearsGot a call today from 0331 630 1518. The guy on the line was talking about some dodgy diesel emissions thing, but he was so hard to catch what he was saying. I told him we'd already chatted about it before and sorted everything, then I just ended the call. Seemed like a typical scam to me.Submit Your Own Report (0331 630 1519)

About 03 Numbers
A lot of organizations use 03 numbers instead of the more costly 08 numbers. As an example, a number of public sector bodies have moved from 0845 numbers to 0345. The cost of calls is the same as calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). The charges for calls depend on the time of the day, and most providers provide call packages that allow calls free of charge at specific times of the day. Mobile call costs vary based on the selected calling plan. Generally, these calls are included in free call packages.
