2 yearsSo this bloke called me up and started going on about some diesel refund thing, even tho I’ve only just purchased the vehicle. He claimed he got my info through the DVLA, but apparently, due to GDPR, he couldn’t access what kind of car or when I bought it. I told him it felt like a cold call, but he seemed to reckon it was fine. Strange!DVLA2 yearsI just went ahead and blocked the number.2 yearsThese 'legal assist' folks have been ringing me a few times. I try blocking them, but then they just ring from a new number each time. Told them my number’s registered with the TPS, so they’re not allowed to call me, but it doesn’t seem to bother them at all. Properly frustrating! 😡😡TPS2 yearsGot a call from someone claiming to be "Legal Assist" about diesel emissions, sounded like a scam. When I mentioned their number popped up on a UK site marking it dodgy, they totally freaked out. Definitely sounds like a dodgy call to me!Ethan2 yearsI’ve already had three dodgy calls today, all from different numbers, and it’s driving me mad. I’ll block them all but it feels pointless since they just keep ringing from a whole bunch of computer-generated numbers. Something really ought to be done to crack down on these scammers.2 yearsThey called me about some “diesel vehicle” I supposedly had. I didn’t hang about, reported it straight away and then ended the call.2 yearsI got a call from this number, but when I answered, there was complete silence on the other end.2 yearsSomeone rang me about my diesel vehicle, which I’ve never had! When I asked for their business name from Companies House so I could speak to the director about it, they just ended the call. I’ve blocked that number, but they seem to have loads of different ones, so I’m bracing myself for more annoying calls!Companies House2 yearsDefinitely a scam, watch out!2 yearsAvoid Ethan from Legal Assets, total rip off!
