I’m with Santander and can confirm this isn’t a scam number, it’s actually their main customer service line. When you call, there’s an automated greeting at the start. So if you recieve a suspicious text, just turn your card around and call this number or dial 159, that’s the official fraud helpline from any phone. They’ll connect you to Santander’s legit fraud team. Definitely not a dodgy phone number!

I can confirm this is a real Santander number! That said, phone numbers can be faked, which is why I marked it "Neutral" instead of "safe."
