i keep getting loads of calls that look like they're from nearby, but when i check the missed calls, the real number is completely different.

They ended the call almost instantly, but a bit of digging showed it’s a well-known scammer pretending you’ve been in some sort of accident. I’ve blocked the number now so I won’t be bothered by them again.
