I'm heading over to O2 to see if they can help me stop this nonsense. If you're receiving anything from this number, I'd recommend you do the same. Is there any way to take these blighters down for good?

Got a message saying I'm signed up for £4.50 a month and to either ring that number or text stop. Already tried texting stop before but it didn’t do anything.

Received a message today that reads:

"Join our trivia quiz service for a chance to win goodies at just £4.50 weekly until you text STOP to 66299. Need assistance? Call 03308280764."

Honestly, I’ve been bombarded with these quiz texts for what feels like an eternity and have mostly let them slide. However, this recent one sheds light on why my pay-as-you-go balance is dwindling. I reckon it all kicked off after I entered one of those ITV competitions.

Got a call from someone pretending to be Marks and Spencer, but it was definitely one of those dodgy Facebook scams. Watch out, it’s all a sham!
