Sam had initially promised me free delivery of the router and waived the connection charge, yet V4 somehow decided to pin the blame on me for not receiving the equipment. Thankfully, I finally heard back from both V4 and the collection agency, and they confirmed that the debt was officially annulled. What a relief! Sadly, I know there are folks out there who might not be aware of their rights and end up paying these dodgy companies unnecessarily.

Rings every single day - every time I answer, they just end the call!

I've received a call from this number five times already, and each time it’s the same aggressive individual from an Indian call centre. I've made it clear on four separate occasions that I do not wish to be contacted again, yet they continue to ring me. It’s becoming quite tiresome!

I've just had a rather dodgy phone call from this number about my broadband. They were quite insistent on getting my date of birth and wanted to verify some details linked to my name. Then, they shockingly asked for my Gmail address, followed by my bank account details and sort code. Naturally, I questioned their motives for needing my account information, asserting that I’d much prefer to pop into my local office for assistance instead of sharing sensitive information over the phone. At that point, they abruptly hung up on me! It all felt a bit off, to say the least.
