Today got a call from this numbre, they knew my first name and asked for me. When i asked them who they were, they just said “oh my god” and then ended the call straight away.

Even though I had blocked the number, they managed to leave a voicemail on my phone.

I received a letter from this number about continuing my PIP claim. It asked me to send a scan of my passport, which I did. Now I’m not sure if it was legit. Feeling a bit uneasy since I’ve given them my passport info.

Got a call from a bloke in Cambridgeshire, number 03308224213, asking if we’d filled out some PPI forms last year. We definitely hadn’t! He then said he needed to speak to Mrs Saunders, so I told him to shove off and hung up. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise. No message was left, which makes me think it was probably a spam or telemarketer. I’ve blocked the number now.

Got texts from scammers, probably from abroad. Someone really needs to trace these numbers and put an end to this nonsense.

I just got the same text, and it’s pretty worrying as I’m actually close to finishing that kind of claim. Nothing feels totally safe these days, and there's always a chance someone could call them or hack into their phone. The message said something like: "Thanks for instructing us to check your Plevin PPI claim. To move forward, we now need to send your lender some important details - this could be your signature, proof of ID, or your birth date. Please visit http://sms.yourclaimmatters-email.co.uk/uyd-452 to give us the info we need. If you've got questions, ring the Your Claim Matters team on 0330 822 4213." Received as: Text Message.

Heads up! I've noticed these fraudsters pretending to be from real companies but they use a totally different phone number in their texts. Stay cautious!

Got a call from a number I don't recognise, they was asking all sorts like my date of birth and other personal stuff. Not really sure who they are.

Got a couple of text messages from this number claiming to be "YourMove" about some marriage thing and then something about PPI. Later, they rang asking for someone called Stanley. When I told them they had the wrong number, they said they’d take my number off their list. Didn’t ask me for any details or anything, which was a bit surprising.
