03305330450 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 03305330450 👆 is reported as associated with sophisticated phishing scams impersonating a major UK bank, often involving fake one-time passcodes and fraudulent payment notifications linked to known companies like Airbnb or Expedia. Targets receive alarming texts urging them to call back the number to resolve supposed unauthorised transactions. Many victims, including vulnerable individuals, are distressed by these messages. Users strongly advise ignoring such texts and not engaging with the number given, as it is part of criminal activity designed to extract personal information or money. Got a text saying it was about a purchase and included a one-time code, telling me to call a number if I didn’t buy anything. Seemed fishy to me, like they just want you to ring them. I just ignored it and deleted the message straight away.

I've just had a text pop up from Santander...

It mentions a new transfer attempt to someone named "D AHMED" for the amount of £349.99. If it was indeed you, they're asking you to reply with "Y". However, if this isn't something you recognise, they suggest calling 0330 533 0450 for help.

Seems a bit suspicious to me, if I’m honest!

Got a text from Santander late last night saying a payment had been taken out to some bloke called AMIR. It asked to reply with a Y if I knew about it, or to ring the number for more info if not. It came through to my elderly mum at 9.15pm and now she’s really anxious and won’t get any rest till the bank opens. Absolute scamming cowboys...

I got the exact same message just a couple of hours ago. What made it tricky to figure out it was a scam, is that it popped up in the same spot where I normally get my alerts from SANTANDER. It looked legit at first glance.
