Some woman called Tracey rang me and said I had a refund from a credit card. I told her I’ve never had one, so I ended the call, knowing it was a scam. They kept ringing back though! I got a call from this firm who already had my name and address, obviously got it from some national database. They were on about a refund owed to me and asked if I’d got any mail from them. I told them to take my info off their list. She said she’d do it, but sounded annoyed. I kept listening and she told me to hang up; I said since she rang me, she could finish the chat! Then the line just cut off.
