It mostly seems like a scam designed to dupe unsuspecting individuals. Unfortunately, I encountered a rather impolite operator from an Indian call centre during the call. It’s truly disheartening.

They mentioned that they were reaching out to all tenants of housing associations. They had my complete name and my accurate address. Allegedly, they were conducting assessments for repairs across homes. They brought up issues like dampness, mould, and various damages among other things...
