She said she was ringing from a company that sounded like Red Rose Solutions about a small car accident, saying it was already sorted. When I asked where she was, she said Edinburgh. I told her she didn’t sound like she was from Edinburgh at all, then she just hung up on me! I've blocked the number now.

Yesterday, this number tried to get through, but since we use BT Call Blocker and the contact wasn't saved, the phone just stayed silent. Then, out of nowhere, she just hung up on me! Like, if she can’t even get my name right, how is she gonna talk to me? Blocked her instantly!

Got a call on my home phone and they somehow knew my first name, even tho my number's private. Some bloke with a strong South Asian accent rang up, going on about a 'recent car crash' (which never happened, btw). This person called and actually said my husband’s name, but he had a hard time making out what was being said. I ended up answering, but honestly, I only caught bits here and there - something about a car or care, can’t really say for sure.
