Got a call from a bloke claiming to be Jason, said he was from some place called 'Roadkill Solutions' or something similar. The line was awful, like he was calling from a chaotic call centre. He knew my name and insisted I’d been in a car accident at some point in the last couple of years. When I asked for more info about this so-called accident, he just cut me off straight away with no explanation. Definite scam. I've blocked the number and reported it to the ICO.

Got a call from some injury claim firm called something like RoadCare Solutions? The line was pretty bad and there was this noticeable pause before they started talking, which gave away that it was a typical call centre. Definitely one of those cold calls. Blocked them straight away!

I received a rather dubious phone call from a chap named Jason, representing an outfit that seemed to go by the name of 'Roadkill Solutions'. Quite an unfortunate line from what appeared to be a chaotic call centre; it was rather hard to hear him. He seemed to know my name, which I found quite alarming, and claimed that I'd been in a car accident over the last couple of years. Naturally, I pressed him for specifics about this so-called incident, but instead of elaborating, he abruptly ended the call without so much as a word of apology. It’s clear this is a complete scam. I've gone ahead and blocked the number and reported it to the ICO for good measure.

Some bloke called 'William' rang saying I’d been in a car crash. I told him I don’t even own a car! He asked how we manage getting about, and I said me and my folks just walk or catch the bus. Then he wondered if someone else at home might’ve given my number, but I reckoned not. After that, he just said have a nice day. What an absolute pain in the arse.

Had a call from a woman with a South African accent, right? She then passed me over to a guy called James, sounding South African too. They kept going on about some "minor third party bump", saying they were working for the insurance firm of the other party. They wanted to send a cheque to my place, but strangely said they didn’t need any of my personal info. It all felt off, and when I asked who exactly they were representing, they just cut me off. Classic scam if you ask me.
