Looks like this number is some sort of scam trying to get your Natwest info. Don't call it. I rang Natwest using the number on my card and they told me they hadn’t reached out to me at all. The message with this number is definitely a con.

I got a text message from Natwest claiming that a sum of £1976 had been deducted from my account via a debit card transaction. The message urged me to ring a Fraud Prevention number if this payment wasn’t made by me. I decided to call from a different number, but the woman who picked up didn’t identify herself as being from Natwest and her voice didn’t suggest she was in a proper call centre. She requested my full name and other personal details, which I refused to give! When I probed a bit more, the line suddenly went dead!
