Got a call from EasyJet saying the hotel I'd picked for my Turkey trip was shut for renovations, so they'd booked me into a different one instead. They rang to check if that was alright with me.

Claimed to be from easyJet, but that’s clearly not the case!

I missed finishing the rebooking for my cancelled Easyjet flight when I rang earlier, so they called me back to sort it out.

I got a call from 0330166554 today, asking to speak to someone who apparently left here 14 years back. When I told the caller they had the wrong person, she just hung up on me without a single word. Quite rude really.

Got a call from someone claiming to be EasyJet, talking about a refund I already received weeks back. Bit confusing as they kept going on about it like I hadn't got the money yet.

I got through to Easyjet's customer support - this number's for real. I filed a complaint and was given the exec office contact. They’re fine with sending an email to confirm the call’s legit before setting up a follow-up chat.

Someone rang me saying they were from EasyJet, but it sounded dodgy so I hung up and then phoned EasyJet directly. They told me they don’t phone customers back since everything’s handled through their website. My flight had just been cancelled and I was sorting a refund, so I got a bit worried it was a scam and changed all my account details just in case. Haven’t had any more contact from those people since then!

I had just been on the phone with Easyjet about my flight when this number popped up with a missed call a few minutes later. I never actually answered, but the number looked really close to the one I dialled. It's quite strange, but seems like whenever you get through to Easyjet, this dodgy number rings you afterwards!

Just got a call from this number and they immediately wanted my full name and email. When I asked what’s up, the woman said she was from EasyJet. I’d actually already been in touch with EasyJet about changing a flight ticket before. She then mentioned I supposedly owed a £32 change fee. Something felt off, since I’d dealt with the official EasyJet line for the change and didn’t trust this stranger on the phone. I told her to email me the details and then ended the call.

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying they were from EasyJet. Since I was supposed to get a refund, I kept listening more than I probably ought to have. But when he started asking for my email, I just said I’d prefer a letter and then ended the call.

I've been getting billed by Century Link for calls made to this number but I never actually made any calls to it. It's really frustrating seeing these charges pop up when I know I didn't ring them.
