Got an email from EasyJet telling me I could either swap my flights or get some kind of thank you voucher for booking with them. I tried calling the number they gave but noticed weird beeping sounds, like it was switching calls, so I just hung up. Afterwards, I emailed EasyJet to let them know what happened but haven't had any reply yet.

I got a call from this number and ended up talking to a guy called Vincent. I’d received an EasyJet email about changing my flight anywhere in Europe for free, so I wanted to pick a new date. The flights weren’t available yet, but Vincent promised they’d be out the following day. He called back the next day just to say it’d actually be another day before they were released. Since then, nothing - no call or update from him. I’ve been trying to ring EasyJet to verify the number but they’re swamped and I can’t get through. Honestly, be careful, this feels like it might be a scam.
