Some woman rang me claiming it was regarding the warranty on my washing machine. Total con job, no doubt. I definitely don’t have any kind of coverage with them. Pure spam and scam stuff. When I told her to take me off their list, she just went silent and then ended the call. This rubbish really winds me up. Blocked them straight away.

Got a call earlier from some bloke trying to sell me appliance insurance - claimed it was 12 months for the price of 6. Asked for my bank details to start a direct debit straight away. Let’s just say my reply was less than polite. Guess what? He ended up hanging up on me! 😂 Absolutely dodgy, avoid at all costs! BLOCKED!!

I've been getting loads of calls from these dodgy scammers, always going on about some 'jackanories'. The lady on the phone sounded quite posh, had a proper English accent and seemed believable at first. But then she started talking about a 'washing machine warranty', which was a bit of a red flag. What really set me off was when she used my last name - clearly trying to reel me in and get more info out of me. Proper sneaky stuff.
