Earlier today, I had a couple of phone calls from someone claiming they could assist me with life insurance, chatting through various quotes and options. However, despite my request for them to send me the quotes via email, nothing has come through. Now I'm feeling a bit uneasy about who I’ve actually been speaking to and what details they might have gathered from me.

They keep calling me several times a day, the phone rings forever. I answered once and it was this robotic call centre voice asking for me by name. I didn’t say anything. Whenever I need info, I give out my email for replies, so there’s no reason at all for them to keep ringing me up.
