The worse part was a woman, Katie Whitaker, who spoke to me in such a rude and condescending way. I ended up reporting the whole thing to the gov job site. Proper dodgy I reckon.

This number rang me up saying they could help me send my CV to the council for an Admin job. I went along with it at first. Then the person on the other end asked for my DOB and National Insurance number, and I actually told them. Looking back, I can see that was really dumb of me.

I received a phone call about a job opportunity, asking if I was skilled in Excel. They said the role was for someone organised, to assist a dyslexic manager in Blackburn, needing flexibility too. They mentioned forwardin my CV. After a couple of days with no word, I rang back only to be told Verity was off sick. A week went by and still no reply. I wonder, how does a dyslexic boss decide on the right person? Honestly, who's being daft here - them or me?
