Got a call from this number today, saying it was about my claim with Admiral. They asked for my full name, address and DOB to make sure it was me. Then they wanted my bank account details for the claim payout. It felt a bit odd but I told them my wife had already submitted the info online, which they confirmed. While we were talking, I got a text from Admiral about the claim and they said they’d emailed me too. Right after the call finished, I saw the email from Admiral pop up about the claim. So yeah, this number seems legit to me!

They recently sent me a notice for policy renewal that is frankly outrageous-33.03% more than my current rate! It’s utterly unacceptable, particularly since I've not made any claims with them or any other insurer. I've told them where to shove it. They even had the audacity to propose a laughable discount after the fact. Had they provided a fair renewal price to begin with, I wouldn’t be here grumbling about it. They kept passing me along to different people, and honestly, you can barely understand most of them due to their poor English. Then, at the end, they just stopped answering altogether. The support I got was really good, and I’d definitely suggest Admiral if you’re looking for insurance. They do multi-car policies that you can bundle with your home insurance, which saved me quite a bit. All in all, this number is totally fine to ring.
