Got a call from someone saying they’re from Elephant Insurance, told me my car was in an accident and wanted my DOB to check details. I asked them to prove they were legit but they couldn’t, so I ended the call. After that, I got texts from the same number about a claim. I rang my actual insurance company using their official contact, and they confirmed there’s no claim on my record. Definitely a phishing attempt!

Received a call from someone purporting to be my car insurance provider, wanting personal details to 'confirm my security'. I found it rather suspicious and chose to decline their request. They didn't have any legitimate information to validate their identity. To be prudent, I contacted my actual insurer to verify and they assured me that it was not a genuine call from them. Definitely a phishing attempt!

Looks like a scam to me. The letter was pretty believable, but the bank details just didn't make sense. Plus, EUI isn't linked with EUI Premium Ltd at all. Definitely dodgy.

Got a call earlier today but didn’t pick up. Later on, I got an email that looked like it was from Admiral Claims. Pretty fishy if you ask me.

This is definitely a scam, and Action Fraud already knows about it. Don’t hand over any of your info. They’ll probably keep calling, but just block them and don’t respond.

Back in april 2018, i had a claim with admiral, but i didn’t hear a thing from them until just last week (august 2020) when they emailed me demanding £2000* for damage to a car i was barely moving at 1mph. Oddly, they got my name wrong in that email and called me from a number not showing up on caller id, which i found out is actually illegal. i’ve emailed them a few times since but never got any reply, and since i have records of all my messages, it just feels like a scam to me.

Just got a text off someone saying it’s from "Admiral" about a crash I was supposedly involved in, but I haven’t seen any accident at all. When I looked the number up, it didn't come back related to Admiral. Feels like a scam to me.

Got a message from Admiral Insurance about a car claim they say we’re linked to? We’ve had no accidents or anything like that. They didn’t even give us our policy number or any proper details. Feels really dodgy to me. Watch out, this might be a scam.

I got a text supposedly from Admiral claiming I saw an accident with one of their clients and asking me to call 03303335505. I’m sure I didn’t see anything like that so I reckon it’s just some kind of scam.
