Earlier, I received a call from a chap claiming to be from Sky, insisting I was owed a refund of £202. He became quite pushy, asking for my date of birth, promising that the money would be deposited into my account by the end of the day (it was 15/08/17 at the time). When I refused to provide him with any personal details, he seemed rather irritated. I wouldn't be surprised if his next request was for my bank details. Honestly, it's high time we had some regulations to deal with these incessant phone calls - I'm being pestered by 5 or 6 of them a day! I'm absolutely fed up with the constant interruptions!
