0330 332 1300 [email protected] Got a few emails saying I have a parcel to track, was waiting for somethin but not sure who the courier was. The tracking code didn’t work at all. Then a week later I get sent some capri trousers, totally not the size I asked for, really confused what’s going on here.

Wasn’t sure who rang so I looked the number up, after seeing what others said I just blocked the calls and texts. I buy loads from Ideal World and Create & Craft, always online though cos ringing them up is so expensive.

I was trying to buy something from Vitality Extracts online and as soon as I put my phone number in, my phone started buzzing. Since I rarely pick up calls from unknown numbers, I just ignored it. But they called right back straight away. When I searched the number, I came across this website and loads of reviews. Seems Ideal Craft, a name I’ve never come across, is connected to Vitality Extracts somehow. I’ve blocked the number now.

Got a call from 03303321300, Ideal World ringing me up. I was just about halfway through placing an order when they phoned to ask if I needed any help. I’m quite slow double-checking all the bits and bobs of my order, and the last thing I want is someone bugging me on the phone to rush me. Honestly, I almost thought about cancelling the order. Ideal World, please give us slowpokes a bit of space to do our thing - if we want help, we’ll ring you up ourselves.

I had some things sat in my basket waiting to buy from Ideal World shopping channel, when my phone buzzed. The number had a + at the start so I didn’t pick up, didn’t know it. A bit later I got a voicemail from a man with an Asian accent saying he was from Ideal World and wanted to help me finish my order. Honestly, I don’t need someone babying me through checkout! Then my phone kept ringing a few more times and I ignored them all. When I looked at the missed calls it said the number was from France! Just a heads up, don’t pick up if you’re unsure lads.

Ideal World, Create and Craft - I just logged into my account to mull over a surprise gift for my mum and, almost immediately, they called me! I didn't pick up, and they left a voicemail offering help if I had trouble placing the order. Honestly, I’ve bought from them before - do I really need help? No. It felt pretty intrusive how they seemed to monitor exactly when I logged in. Their 'customer service' felt pushy and there hasn't been any apology from the company. As much as I wanted to surprise my mum, I’m not sure the constant bother is worth it in the long run.

I missed their call on my mobile since it was on silent and I didn’t notice it. Then they called my home phone, but I ignored it ‘cos I had no clue who it was. They kept ringing and ringing for ages! The night before, I’d tried ordering from IDEAL WORLD using their automated phone service but gave up halfway as it was taking ages and costing 20p a minute. Seems like it’s connected, not just a coincidence.

Got a call from +03303321300 earlier today. Male caller, sounded Asian, said straight up that my membership had run out and was pushing some cash offers to get me to renew it. I didn’t even know I had any membership to begin with. Told him I had no idea what he was talking about and said I wasn’t interested. Reading other comments, seems like a total scam. I’m going to email Create and Craft about it. Bloody scammers, honestly.

I got a call from an Asian guy claiming my create and craft subscription was up for renewal (which it actually is) and that my credit card had run out, so I needed to give my new details. I just calmly told him I’d renew it online, cheers. I had a look at my create and craft account and my card doesn’t expire until next year. I’m definitely ringing them first thing in the morning. Sounds like their system might have been compromised.

Didn’t know the number so I just let it ring off. After reading what others’ve said, I’m happy I didn’t pick up. They actually sent me a letter saying I’d agreed to some auto-renewal for a membership - totally not true. I rang them, got it cancelled using my info, but I’m watching my bank closely since membership fees are coming up. I’ll decide if I wanna renew when I’m ready. Got a call today from someone claiming to be from Create and Craft, saying my membership ended on 20th November and to get a £10 discount, I needed to renew. When I told them I'd already renewed and used the discount, he said I hadn't and needed to check. Then he called back apologising, saying I had renewed. It all felt really fishy, like he was trying to get my bank details. No way I was giving anything out!
