Got a call from a guy named Alfie asking if I was the one who handles the BT account. Normally I don’t pick up calls like that, I’d just ring BT myself if there was an issue. But this time, I gave it a go and turns out he sorted me out with a full fibre upgrade that I’ve been hoping for ages, plus he saved me more than 70 quid a month. Proper chuffed with that!

Got a call from some bloke named George Henry who claimed to be from BT Business Support. After a quick chat and asking a couple of questions, it was obvious he was just trying to drum up new clients. He was quite pushy and kept mumbling as if he wasn’t even certain about what he was saying. Definitely a sales pitch.

Had a call from someone named Jordan Smith claiming to be with BT. He just wanted to know how the service was going, nothing pushy, just a quick survey sort of thing.

I was a bit unsure at the start, but after they verified some stuff I knew, I let the call go on. In the end, I actually re-signed with BT business services without any bother. They mentioned they were calling as an authorised supplier, which explains why they didn’t ask for any private info since they already had my account details.

Nobody should be ringin' this number, there’s simply no reason for it.

Was a bit iffy about it initially, but ended up sorting out my BT business services cancellation for me. Everything went smoothly in the end.

Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, but when I asked a few questions it was clear they were actually some reseller trying to sell stuff. Definitely not BT, so I blocked the number - feels a bit dodgy to me.

I received a call from the number 0330 320 9401, where a chap named Jordan Smith was in touch regarding inquiries about our BT Business Account. He mentioned that he would ring back to present a fresh proposal aimed at reducing our monthly charges. However, upon contacting BT directly, they confirmed that this individual isn’t affiliated with BT Business at all. I’ve since decided to block this number.

A rather dubious outfit known as Total Northrite Supply appears to be deceiving folks into believing they are affiliated with BT Business, seemingly operating out of Southampton. I recently received a call from a chap named Jordan Smith, who certainly knew how to put on a show, followed by his "Manager," Danny Cox. This fella insists on running you through a rather peculiar YES or NO recording script, which he appears to want you to nail down flawlessly for some unknown purpose. What’s truly alarming is their attempt to enlist you for a staggering 60-month (that’s 5 years, mind you!) commitment to BT Full Fibre, when even BT Business themselves only offers 18-month contracts. These individuals are quite perilous, engaging in deceitful practices, and frankly, they're a bunch of rotters. One can only hope that BT or Ofcom will step in and put a stop to their antics.

Beware of a firm called Total Northrite Supply claiming to be BT Business, supposedly based in Southampton. I got a call from a bloke named Jordan Smith who sounded quite convincing, then this “Manager” Danny Cox came on, recording you and making you say YES or NO exactly right for some reason. They tried to get me locked into a 5-year contract for BT Full Fibre, which is way longer than the usual 18 months BT Business offers. These guys are pretty dodgy and full of lies. Honestly hope someone puts a stop to them soon.

Received a call from this number earlier on. The chap was keen to introduce himself, but when I requested his email address, he claimed he hadn’t been with the company long enough to have one! Quite suspect, if you ask me. He proceeded to grill me about my phone line, and I mentioned that if he were genuinely from BT, he'd surely have that information at his fingertips. Complete nonsense - stay alert!
