3 yearsJust got a ring from a number close to that one - 0330 223 5314, I think. A bloke with an Indian accent was on the line. While we were chatting, he sent me a pair of texts that seemed to be from O2. One was a security alert, and the other warned me not to share the 6-digit code included in the message with anybody. Of course, he wanted me to tell him that code. When I refused, he got all moody. Watch out, folks!4 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were O2 but the accent was really strong and sounded Indian. When I asked what the call was about (I don’t even have O2 as my provider), they just cut me off straight away. Very dodgy!4 yearsNormally I'd ignore calls from numbers I don't recognise, but I picked up this one and it turned out to be some dodgy scammer pretending to be from O2. They were going on about issues with my mobile account. I told them I wasn’t an O2 customer and ended the call straight away.4 yearsSomebody rang me claiming to be from Vodafone, saying there was an issue with my bill from December. The funny thing is, I’m not even a Vodafone customer!Vodafone4 yearsGot a call claiming to be from O2, but sounds like they might be trying to fool people for different providers now. They asked me to read out a promo code they sent by text message. Obviously, they’re after the one-time password that you're always told not to share with anyone. I’m pretty sure if you gave it to them, they’d get into your mobile account and maybe make orders or something. If someone was really gonna sort a discount on my bill, there’s no way they'd need me to do that.BT4 yearsI didn’t pick up, but it definitely sounded like some kind of scam to me.4 yearsi just ignored the call, wasnt interested in picking up.4 yearsDoes anyone have a clue about who might be answering from this number?4 yearsGot a call from a polite asian guy claiming to be from my bank, wanting my account info.
