I received a call at 11:45 on the 6th of September, 2015, regarding some energy-saving initiative. They mentioned a "government-supported programme" aimed at installing solar panels. The caller claimed to be from the "energy savings department." However, the conversation was cut short on their end, leaving me with no extra details, nor did I seek any. I took the opportunity to inform them about my frustration with the regularity of these types of calls.
