This definitely isn’t from 02. It’s one of those dodgy scams. They try to get you to upgrade by offering discounts and a new phone, but then later ring you saying it was a scam and want you to send the phone back. Turns out they just keep the phone and you lose out. Be careful and don’t share any personal info with them, they’ll end up getting into your account too.
