Got a call from someone claiming to be from the housing disrepair team, and they actually knew my name. When I asked which housing team they were with, she said she represented every social housing office in the whole country. I pointed out that if she had my details, then surely she’d know my specific housing team. Right after that, she just ended the call! Definitely sounded like a scam to me.
