The only thing they had was my name, but they couldn’t say when this accident was supposed to have taken place or what vehicles were involved. They refused to provide any SRA registration number as well. Quite suspicious if you ask me.

Previously, I got a call from them where an automated voice claimed I lived in a council flat with mould issues, which was totally not right. The AI voice sounded dodgy. I played along and said yes, I had mould so I could report them for running a scam. They got really rude and then started accusing me of making it up, even though I didn’t have any mould at all. Such a nasty scam firm!

This number rang me earlier today. The person claimed his name was Mustafa Ali, but his accent immediately gave the game away. When I questioned him about how he found my contact, he mentioned something about the "UK National Surveyor Department" - which sounded fishy to me. He told me he was calling from Manchester, but there was a lot of background noise that suggested he might be in one of those scam call centres. He kept pressing me about where I was from and then suddenly asked, "Are you Googling me?" before just hanging up on me. Definitely a SCAM!

I’ve tried using Bixby’s call-to-text feature when I get calls from numbers I don’t recognise, it sends them a text asking who they are. You can actually watch the message being typed out live. This one time, the person ended the call before the message was even done. If they were legit, they’d have replied and then I could have taken the call, right?

Sounded like an Indian accent, and I could hear loads of voices in the background like a busy call centre. After telling them they were clearly scammers, they just hung up on me. Felt like a total rip-off.
