I got a call today around 4:51 pm, and it seemed like a right ruckus on the other end. It sounded like a bunch of people clinking glasses and having a merry time. I kept calling out, “Hello, who’s this?” but all I could hear was someone in the background having a chuckle about someone who apparently has 'anger management issues', among other bits. It was all quite the jolly affair for them. If this is some sort of insurance outfit, perhaps one involving funerals, they ought to hang their heads in shame for allowing their private chatter to reach a member of the public. If I can trace this lot back to their company, I shall certainly be lodging a complaint with the big boss.
