Got a call at 16:51 today, but all i could hear was a bunch of people laughing and sounding quite drunk like they were at some party. I kept asking “Hello, who’s this?” but the person on the line was chatting away with others nearby and said something about “He’s got anger management issues and a few other things…” They seemed to find it hilarious. If this really is an insurance firm, especially one handling funeral plans, it’s pretty disgraceful for them to let private conversations be overheard by clients. If i manage to work out who they are, i’ll definitely be raising a complaint with their senior management.
