I've noticed that this company also operates under the number 03300535867. I've made sure to inform Tesco Mobile about the issue and even shot off a text with the words STOP LOAD to those scammers. They replied, claiming that my subscription will be cancelled within 24 hours. If this doesn't happen, I will have no choice but to put a halt on my direct debit to Tesco Mobile until they resolve this matter.

I've fallen victim to this company as well. I've tried ringing them, but my requests for them to return my call have fallen on deaf ears. It's utterly baffling! I haven’t consented to any service, and yet they’ve managed to pilfer over £70 from my account, and it just keeps adding up. What on earth is going on?

I’ve recently discovered that I’ve fallen victim to a scam, losing £180 in the process. I had no prior agreement and haven’t a clue as to who these tricksters are. It’s definitely a fraudulent scheme.

I've also ended up with charges from this outfit! I reached out to my phone provider and requested them to block the number, and subsequently contacted the company itself to opt-out of their "marketing" nonsense. Honestly, I've no clue how I even got roped into this in the first place, but it shows up on my invoice under "premium and information services." Just sharing this in hopes it aids someone out there!

I've just been hit with a £174 bill for texts I never agreed to receive, and what's worse is I wasn’t even in the country! I've got no clue who keeps sending me these messages, but they're hitting me with a £4.50 charge every week! What’s the best way to put an end to this?

I got dragged into some comp I had no clue about, cost me £4.50. I answered one question and then sent a stop message. Now I just got a call saying I won £500. They asked for my bank info but I declined. They mentioned the question I answered and wanted my email to send details on different ways to pay me, like PayPal or something. Didn't give them my email though.

I've been getting hit with a weekly charge of £3.50, and I'm utterly baffled as to how I inadvertently signed up for this dodgy scheme. I really need to put a stop to these payments, but I'm struggling to send a message to get this sorted. I've been advised to text the word 'STOP' to a specific number, but alas, that hasn't done the trick either. What a right pickle!

Hello there! I've noticed that I've been billed £3.75 weekly by this number for a couple of months now. If anyone has any clues on how I can put an end to this, I’d greatly appreciate your insight. I’ve already reached out via email, but they mentioned that it wouldn’t make a difference, and I’m utterly baffled as to how this situation started. Thanks a lot!

This outfit is nothing but a con! I've been hit with a weekly charge of £4.50 for the last six months, and I never agreed to any such thing-no forms were signed, nothing at all! It’s absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I’m determined to get my money back, and I won't stop at just this message. I had a word with one of your dodgy staff named Haley (proper fitting name, if you ask me), who merely directed me to your so-called support email after logging in. She couldn’t even clarify the process for a refund. It’s a complete shambles, and you lot ought to be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves!

A while back, I stumbled upon an offer for a “free” £100 voucher from TESCO. Ever since I registered, they've been quietly siphoning off about £15 from my account each month. I've attempted to get in touch with the number provided, but it’s like talking to a brick wall! Such a frustrating experience!

Just got a text saying they’re gonna charge me £4.50. No idea what it’s for. It’s from TalkTalk. If they don’t sort it out, I might just have to change my number.

£160 racked up in just three months on my 11-year-old's phone? Something's seriously amiss here! Aren't these mobile providers held accountable for allowing these scammers to even send texts? I'm not settling another bill until I get my money back, and if it comes to it, I can always take them to court!

I can't believe the sheer audacity of this dodgy outfit that keeps bombarding an 11-year-old with messages! Her phone has limitations in place, so how on earth is this even permitted? It makes no sense whatsoever! And where on earth are the service providers? They really ought to step up and take action. As for me, I'm not parting with another penny until I see a proper refund!

I’ve recently stumbled upon a rather dubious service that seems to have a knack for ensnaring unsuspecting souls into what they call a ‘competition entry subscription’. They’re billing me roughly £3 or £4 every week! It feels pretty underhanded how they lure you into signing up - I reckon I inadvertently agreed by dismissing a bothersome pop-up ad. One of our business phones has been ensnared in this mess, and I’m currently working towards securing a refund. I’ll keep you all posted on my progress!

Hello there, I've just discovered that I've been charged a tenner for two texts that I never asked for. Quite baffling, to say the least!

What a disgraceful racket this is! They're just preying on the unsuspecting and those in a vulnerable position. It's utterly shameful. I've been hit with charges for two months now-£18 each time, plus an additional £10 for reasons unknown. If anyone has actually managed to reclaim their cash from these con artists, I’d be genuinely amazed. It's appalling that you aren’t even aware they’re siphoning off your funds. Truly infuriating! Cheers, Ken

I've been receiving messages that I never asked for, and to top it off, I'm being hit with a £4.50 charge! The maddening part is that the texts never even arrive. This company ought to face penalties for preying on unsuspecting individuals. It's absolutely outrageous!

I've noticed an unexpected charge of £15 on my phone bill, and I can't for the life of me find out where it came from! I've never subscribed to anything, nor have I authorised any payments. I'm currently in touch with my phone provider to see if they can block this potentially dodgy site. It's really disheartening, especially since I'm on a fixed income as a retiree and can't afford these unwelcome deductions. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon!

I can't quite fathom how this has occurred, but £4.50 keeps disappearing from my pay-as-you-go balance each week. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to put a stop to it!

Dear Sir or Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered. It appears that money has been deducted from my bank account by your establishment, despite the fact that I have never availed myself of any of your services. I would greatly appreciate it if you could process a refund for the unwarranted charges at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Baljit Kaur 07988786522

I’m absolutely fuming about what’s happening with my son's pay-as-you-go mobile. It appears that some prize draw outfit has been gobbling up his credit. He indulges in a few games here and there that come with in-app purchases, and that’s how this dodgy firm managed to get hold of his number. At just 11 years old, his phone is really just for emergencies, and now he’s been caught short without enough balance to call home when the bus breaks down. There have been occasions where he's been left waiting at school until a teacher had to step in to give us a bell. It’s simply outrageous that these so-called legitimate companies can impose charges just for receiving a text! How on earth is Ofcom letting this slip through the cracks? Anyway, that’s my little rant for now!

My lad’s pay-as-you-go credit got wiped out by some prize draw firm. He uses apps with in-game buys, and that’s how they got hold of his number. He’s only 11 and really needs his phone just for emergencies. He couldn’t call us when his bus broke down and had to wait at school until a teacher rang us. It’s shocking that these so-called legit scam companies charge you just to receive a text. How come Ofcom is letting this happen? Just needed to vent.

If you wish to halt further charges, make sure to send a message saying STOP right away. After that, give the number mentioned above a ring, and you can have a word with someone who’ll walk you through their complaints process. I initially believed that by sending STOP, I’d incur extra charges, but it turns out I was mistaken; it works the opposite way. Here’s the company's link for reference: http://juicywin.com/terms_and_conditions2.php#15 I’ve found £72 has been taken from my mobile bill without my consent, and I’m preparing to reclaim that amount. Should you wish to lodge a complaint, you can reach out via the following email: [email protected] Don’t forget to include your full name, the number that’s been billed, your email and postal address, and a copy of your phone bills with the charges clearly marked.
