At first, they claimed they weren't trying to sell anything and just wanted to check my line, but then they got really pushy and quite rude over the phone. When I told them I wasn’t interested, they snapped back with something like, "We heard you, now let us speak," even though it was already the second time I'd asked them to stop calling. They ring up to 305 times a day, which is absolutely maddening and can get quite stressful to deal with.

Got a call about switching to some new cloud phones with a better deal. After looking into it, it's linked to the BT partner scheme. Everything seemed legit and I ended up keeping my services with BT, so I’m pretty pleased with how it all worked out.
