It was rather peculiar, really. I received a call from someone insisting they were conducting a survey on behalf of the local council concerning property maintenance. However, what struck me as odd was their apparent lack of knowledge about my specific council district. How can one survey homeowners without being aware of the area they’re in? Quite dubious, if you ask me!
