I got a call from someone claiming to be Imogen Baker, acting like my company director was waiting for her to ring. When I told her he wasn’t around, she just said she’d send an email instead. Seemed totally fake and like an unwanted call. She acted way too familiar - pretty obvious she was trying to push a sale by forcing a chat.

I received a rather presumptuous call from a woman who seemed to think I had been on the lookout for her. I made it quite clear that her incessant calling was unwelcome and that I had no anticipation of her ringing me.

Got a call where the person addressed me as Imogen and acted like they were the Director or something. Claimed to be from FTTC and mentioned they'd be sending over an email. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from a lady who wouldn't explain the reason for her call, just kept asking to speak to the Directors and claimed it was confidential. She never actually connected me to anyone. No idea what she was trying to sell, but definitely not handling it the right way.

Got a call from Steven Lang FTTC, just like what others mentioned. He kept going on about knowing the Director and that the Director knew him, but never actually said why he was calling. Obviously a sales pitch. When I refused to pass him through, he had the cheek to say I was being rude. What a joke!

I received a call from someone claiming to represent FTTC Telecoms, wanting to have a word with the manager. They were attempting to peddle and install a new telephone system. Absolutely not! Just another case of cold calling trickery.

I've hardly ever come across a caller so downright rude. He kept insisting he needed to speak to my colleague but wouldn't say what it was about or who he was calling for. When I pressed for more details, he got really hostile and quite aggressive. Such a frustrating experience!

Had a guy from fitc call me, and honestly, he was pretty rude and kept pushing me. He even called me a liar three times in just a minute! Seriously, if he wants to succeed, he’s gonna have to sort out his attitude on the phone.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with FTTC and working alongside Openreach. They wanted to ask some questions to see if my home was suitable for fibre. When I mentioned I’d check with my own provider first, they didn’t seem pleased and kept pushing, so I just ended the call.

Some bloke called Steve Lang from Fitc rang me up. If he’s for real, he certainly isn’t telling the truth! He asked for a director by name, which I reckon he found online somewhere. Said he’d been in touch with them before and sent emails too. Total rubbish. This was definitely a cold call and I’d say best to steer clear of it.

Got a call from some bloke, Steve Lang, claiming to be from FITC, asking for the director by name. When I asked what it was about, he wouldn’t tell me - just said he’d know once he spoke to him. We said we had no clue what he meant, but he kept pushing. He promised to send an email, which never showed up. Feels like a dodgy sales tactic to me.

Got a call from Fibre UK attempting to pitch a fancy new phone line for our office. I mentioned we just have a single line with a simple handset, and they pretty much gave up on me - no surprise there. There's no way I'm switching our office phone line just because some random company decided to ring us out of the blue.
