Just echoing what was mentioned back in May of the previous year - I've got a notice for a speeding fine that has this number listed for inquiries. The notice came from Essex County Council, PO Box 1481, Northampton NN1 9GJ, regarding me mistakenly entering a bus lane while I was temporarily disoriented in the area. I'm not local, you see, and wound up a bit lost!
