A nice guy, quite polite actually, but he kicked off by calling me by my first name. He quickly said sorry for that. He mentioned that the firm he worked for partners with other insurance providers. I told him I wasn’t sure if he was genuine, so I was about to end the call. He didn’t get angry or anything, which I appreciated.
