somebody told me i was signed up for something but i’m sure i never did, so i called 0203 8684491 which connects to a firm named bubbletide. they promised to give me a refund. give them a bell and don’t be afraid to speak up. i also got in touch with my phone company to block premium rate calls. total scammers these lot.

This number is really dodgy - they were trying to scam me out of cash. Watch out and don’t trust it!

Bloody cheek, they’re charging me £4.50 every week for a book I don’t even bother reading! What a rip-off.

today i got a message claiming i was signed up for some book listening service named lasevia. it told me to text 86364 if i wanted to unsubscribe but when i tried sending the text it never went through. i looked for any contact info for them but nothing showed up, just a blank screen. they also suggested ringing 0330 053 8808 to cancel, but i'm not about to call, knowing there are scams that charge you for calling these kinds of numbers.

Received a message saying I've signed up for listen2books at £4.50 weekly. I never signed up for anything like that (like others have mentioned). Has anyone here actually been billed? I'm avoiding calling or replying to those numbers just in case it ends up costing loads.

I kept getting calls from this number but it was a mobile on the other end and the woman I spoke to had no clue what it was about. Quite odd really. Has anyone else been charged £4.50 each week for some book subscription? I definitely never agreed to any of it, smells like a total scam to me.

I just got a message saying I’m signed up to pay £4.50 weekly for something called Listen2Books from Lasevia. Funny thing is, it showed up in the same thread where I usually get my Spotify payment alerts.

Was scrolling through Gumtree when out of the blue I got a text saying I’d signed up for some £4.50 weekly thing, which I have absolutely no clue about. Quite annoying as I never agreed to anything like that.
